placed an order on 16th May for over £400, when order arrived, it was incomplete and "out of stock" was scribbled across one of the items on the sales order. I emailed to determine when item would be back in stock only to be told that it wouldn't be in stock again and that a refund would be made, despite multiple attempts, I am still awaiting a refund of over £200 or further confirmation that a refund will be made
