The safety key was missing from the box. When I call to say there was no bag (with user manual, safety key and so on) I was given the number for dewalt and I was informed to call them My self. This is not the 1st time I have had a problem with a power tool but it is the 1st time I have been told to contact the Manufacturers directly.
