“Constantly was buying from them .But bought item for the full price and next day I saw ,that I can get the same item with 15% discount. I asked them to review this case and give me a refund, but they rejected. I will not buy from them any more.”

“Sent me the total wrong item, something a third of the price and then after-sales service was shocking, wouldn’t even entertain the issue over the phone. Wouldn’t send the correct item until they had the wrong item back, very quick to take the money however. Not good.”

“Ordered a MILWAUKEE M12FIW38-0 from this company, then I find out that someone in this company changed my previous delivery address to the wrong address. Therefore I did not even receive my order, I would not have known only that I enquired as to the whereabouts of my order only to find that the delivery address had been changed, I wouldn't but I have had at least 4 previous orders delivered correctly. Needless to say I shall not be dealing with this incompetent company any more, and I advise others to do the same.”

“I ordered a kit a week ago, It was delivered with big hole in side of box. Should be a sealed kit. It wasn’t, there was cordless drill in black box and a dusty charger looks like it’s been on display for 6 months and that was outside of black box no batteries. Also the manufacturer is doing a deal, and I need the packaging witch should of been there. I’ve sent email telling me it would of been sealed. Then I have sent more, no reply still not sorted 07999747422”

“Customer service is none existent do not touch these with a barge pole used a torque wrench for less than five minutes and realised this was not fit for purpose, and they will not except it back even though is is like new without a blemish. Horrible to deal with!”

“Very poor customer service! Item was held up by DPD and missed delivery date. I asked for refund but was told they wouldnt issue refund until they received it back, even thou DPD still had it and not my fault. Will never use this company again!”

“Had to ring up and chase my goods after a week (8 working days) Promised 3-5day max delivery ..they twice didn’t send out when promised and had to call them back again for my goods paid for and not all good was delivered so ended up having to get a credit horrendous service. Go elsewhere ! Second time this has happened never ever again !”

“My Milwaukee brushless grinder arrived unboxed with no instructions or warranty card etc just loose in an old cardboard box, when emailed about this they claimed it was industry standard and how Milwaukee often send them items, Guessing this was incorrect I contacted Milwaukee who as expected said items are never sent to retailers like that unless a demo/display product and even unlikely then. I then phoned powertoolmate/westward building services limited to give Milwaukee response, but customer service was shocking basically said look its new who cares how it arrives and if it has paperwork and we are the biggest seller of this brand in the uk so Milwaukee aint gonna say jack s**t to us so such it up and accept that's what we do and how we send stuff, he also then added out of the blue your item was probably one we took out of a multi tool pack so wouldn't have ever had a box anyway. Shocking company shop elsewhere”
