My Milwaukee brushless grinder arrived unboxed with no instructions or warranty card etc just loose in an old cardboard box, when emailed about this they claimed it was industry standard and how Milwaukee often send them items, Guessing this was incorrect I contacted Milwaukee who as expected said items are never sent to retailers like that unless a demo/display product and even unlikely then. I then phoned powertoolmate/westward building services limited to give Milwaukee response, but customer service was shocking basically said look its new who cares how it arrives and if it has paperwork and we are the biggest seller of this brand in the uk so Milwaukee aint gonna say jack s**t to us so such it up and accept that's what we do and how we send stuff, he also then added out of the blue your item was probably one we took out of a multi tool pack so wouldn't have ever had a box anyway. Shocking company shop elsewhere
