Terrible service dpd lost my parcel and told me to contact Powertool mate to sort it out and Powertool mate denied it had even been lost at all and told me to go round knocking on houses to find it then ignored me when I asked for the map which showed where it was delivered, eventually I found this map myself through dpd’s website and went and got my parcel a few streets away.. still no response from Powertool mate about the situation, won’t be using again. Also product didn’t have any protection and came damaged!
