Milwaukee 3 tier box arrived damaged, customer service very poor, slow at getting back to you. Offered a part refund that doesn’t cover the cost to buy the spare parts. Offered to exchange but had to send the damaged one back first, as I work away for months at a time this was a massive inconvenience. Would consider paying that little bit more next time from a reputable company
