Atrocious service. I waited 8 days for the drill bits I'd ordered having heard nothing from the company. I emailed and got no reply. On my fourth attempt I got through on the phone, I had to wait over 24 hours for a reply to my query which was that the item was out of stock. I was assured that my refund would be processed by the end of the day but I had to phone again two working days later to chase it up. Steer clear.
