“Placed an order which initially went through, and showed in my account - then disappeared. Emailed sales, but no reply. Posted to their Facebook Group, but all you get is abuse. Thi would have been my third purchase from Powertoolmate, but will certainly be my last. They might be cheap, but the lack of communications and abuse make the small savings inconsequential.”

“Rubbish company, advertising product as “in stock” but when I ordered one for a birthday present they never had it at all. When I chased for a delivery update they said there was a problem in their warehouse. No contact from them to apologise I had to chase them again to get the truth that they didn’t have the product at all. Spoilt Birthday thanks to Powermate!!!”

“One item didn’t arrive, it said it was in stock on the website and got the email to confirm my order. Custom services didn’t know anything about it until i sent them a copy of invoice with ‘stock error hand written on it’ They told me it was all dispatched yesterday then today they has ‘only been made aware of this’ and its not in stock, just want my money back as i have purchased another one but only get one email a day back from customer services. Have bought stuff before with no problem usually”

“Ive used powertool mate a few times and had no issues But this time i ordered 3 items the 18g nail gun and the orbital sander and multi tool twin pack. Got the nail gun then the sander the following day and still waiting on the multi tool, and no reply to my emails since Thursday. I feel like there's been a 3rd party used with my purchase and thats why the deliveries are all over the country. Not good enough sorry.”
