Ordered an item that was in stock according to site. I ordered on priority delivery so it was clear I needed the item. Turned out item was not in stock and I only found this out 5 days after ordering when I chased it up. They did not inform me...asked them for a refund still not been dealt wit as far as I know as they have not responded to my email asking for one.
