One item didn’t arrive, it said it was in stock on the website and got the email to confirm my order. Custom services didn’t know anything about it until i sent them a copy of invoice with ‘stock error hand written on it’ They told me it was all dispatched yesterday then today they has ‘only been made aware of this’ and its not in stock, just want my money back as i have purchased another one but only get one email a day back from customer services. Have bought stuff before with no problem usually
