Request arrived to review product before the actual product has arrived, currently outside of the quoted delivery timescale and advised that they don’t know why it hasn’t left the warehouse. I’m having to do the chasing so not impressed by the level of service, pity as Powertoolmate generally get good reviews, I must just be unlucky.
