Poor communication. Did not receive my item as expected. Apparently will be coming after a week but will have to wait and see. Did request a refund but powertool wasnt interested and didnt care and just sent item out after a week of waiting. Im sure its a 1 in ever 100 issue but the lack of aftercare was a huge issue for me.
