Made an order that didn’t go through but took payment. After receiving email invoice thinking my order had been accepted although it hadn’t I had nothing to tell me I will not be receiving my order and a payment will be refunded. After calling up to chase my order they told me it had not gone through although they sent me an invoice for goods. After finally re ordering my package at a higher price as a deal had ended, I paid for 1-2 priority delivery and I have still not received my delivery almost a week later.
