Late and damaged and no response from Powertoolmate! I didn't want to leave this review but a lack of any response from Powertoolmate has left me no alternative. Ordered a Dewalt DCW600 with spare bases. The item arrived with a crack in the perspex base with x3 locking screws missing. It would appear that the item had been returned by a previous customer due to this damage. I have sent several emails to see if the missing and broken parts can be replaced. Nothing. No response or even an acknowledgement that they are looking at my order. I buy a lot of tools but will not be ordering from Powertoolmate again. I see they have quite a few happy reviews but the item they have sent me is useless without me purchasing from an alternative reputable online spares site which makes the item I bought from Powertoolmate the most expensive DCW600 online!
