“We haven’t received item yet it was ordered a week ago! Many calls to customer services left me disappointed, promises to call me back with updates never came to fruition. They are claiming that one of two couriers have lost it?? This is not my problem another item should be dispatched immediately whilst they investigate! Just waiting for the offices to open now to see how they intend to progress chase this situation, I think a refund is in order.”

“Heard good things of this company but I Ordered 4 new power tools, batteries, charger etc. Paid the extra £5 for priority next day delivery as the tools were needed for a job. One of the bare units they sent to me wasn’t the one that I ordered, told to return it then once they have received it they will send the correct one out to me. What’s the point in paying for extra delivery to be further delayed by having to return the item as it’s wrong? Disappointed, needed the tool for the job and has now delayed me, am I meant to wait for the correct tool to be eventually sent out to me, or go to a competitor who will send it out right first time, since I have paid extra for delivery.”

“The original order was perfect super fast delivery and delivered on time. The issues started after id ordered the wrong item. I sent back special delivery and arrived back within days. Its taken ages for anything to happen (still hasn't yet) trying to get hold of anyone is a pain.”

“Bought an item, paid for next day delivery and next day I was informed it was out of stock. It was not a big deal, agreed to cancel order. Got a refund, unfortunately they didn't refund the postage. Emailed them quite a few times over 3 weeks and said they would refund the postage but never got it. Had to go through PayPal to get it. Dishonest business. Avoid!”

“I ordered XL dewalt tool boxes and they send me boxes from nail guns sets and left the rubbish inside. The impact, combi drill and battery I ordered I received in plastic bags like tomatoes from the market because they took them from the sets and keep the box and the charger and probably sell it after Also the customer service are liars. They told me this is the way they delivered the tools in UK”
