Bought an item, paid for next day delivery and next day I was informed it was out of stock. It was not a big deal, agreed to cancel order. Got a refund, unfortunately they didn't refund the postage. Emailed them quite a few times over 3 weeks and said they would refund the postage but never got it. Had to go through PayPal to get it. Dishonest business. Avoid!
