We haven’t received item yet it was ordered a week ago!
Many calls to customer services left me disappointed, promises to call me back with updates never came to fruition. They are claiming that one of two couriers have lost it?? This is not my problem another item should be dispatched immediately whilst they investigate!
Just waiting for the offices to open now to see how they intend to progress chase this situation, I think a refund is in order.
