Heard good things of this company but I Ordered 4 new power tools, batteries, charger etc. Paid the extra £5 for priority next day delivery as the tools were needed for a job. One of the bare units they sent to me wasn’t the one that I ordered, told to return it then once they have received it they will send the correct one out to me. What’s the point in paying for extra delivery to be further delayed by having to return the item as it’s wrong? Disappointed, needed the tool for the job and has now delayed me, am I meant to wait for the correct tool to be eventually sent out to me, or go to a competitor who will send it out right first time, since I have paid extra for delivery.
