If I hadn’t made the efforts to locate my parcel which was wrongly delivered, powertool mate would have seen me wait 5 working days for them to investigate before they could send a replacement or refund. This was after paying for priority next day pre 12 and not getting a parcel. T&C’s you don’t hear until things go wrong and they tell you it is in the Terms and conditions.
