“Wasn’t the best experience this time. I’ve always order and had a excellent service, however this time was let down. Ordered on the Friday before the 2PM cut off. Didn’t get order confirmation or anything till the following Wednesday when the item was dispatched, a long with the invoice and delivery tracking and so on. Then given my location 2 day delivery was a week from order till I received my item.”

“Pricing needs sorting on website, bundles dearer than individual items, random special offers when it would be easier for customers to keep to one fair standard price and not feel hard done by when an offer comes up the day after spending hard earned money, this also devalues what has just been purchased at full price.”

“Ordered four reasonably high value items only 2 came the others were not in stock despite showing as in stock when ordered, I did try to correspond by email to prevent this happening but was unable to do so quite a blunt answer to be honest happy with the items that came but if I knew part of the order was not coming I would have cancelled all order the hassle of credit notes and returns is a pain”

“The goods that were in stock were received quickly, but someone has sent me this review and the second more expensive part of the order hasn't been received and is still being processed a week later - so I can only review as acceptable - as the review is based on an incomplete order. Covid ? Supply chain? no fuel? Exceptional influx of orders? Miscounted stock? No stock - but no explanation of whats going on. DPD did keep me informed about the (part order) delivery and I did have to divert it to a neighbour as I was elsewhere. So that part was fine. Addendum. Amazingly after submitting my review I got a message from Powermate saying the second part of my order had been dispatched.”

“Got home to discover I had been sent the wrong nailer. I ordered a nailer capable of firing 16gauge 63mm nails and got sent an 18gauge 50mm nailer, worth almost half what I paid. Been asked to prove this with photos. I’ve done that but I ordered this and the compressor for a job I’m doing this week, as you do. Hoping for a very quick resolve, or my 3 star review will become 1. Compressor is great, as expected.”

“It was badly packaged, one item was damaged. Batteries loose in the box no protection. Not full order. And the kit I brought was made up of individual pieces the inlay isn’t for the same combi drill, bit disappointed to be honest this time normally been really good.”

“Prices are difficult to beat, tools are shipped quickly. Would have been 5 stars but when I called customer service to get some prices as I had no Internet connection where I was working, I was met with a sarcastic lad who had no interest in helping me or even telling me what the price of something was. This isn't indicative of the business, just a gripe of mine personally. Because of that individual, I shopped around and purchased 3 items elsewhere for a similar price. I only purchased from powertoolmate the items that I couldn't find as cheap anywhere else.”
