“Box came very damp, looks like the box has been standing for a while. Little concerned with in internal electric boards might of had some corrosion. Sticker on the blower says 2019 which is a bit concerning. All works ok on 1st trial. Fingers crossed it works for a long time.”

“Overall new website is far more advanced than the older system however I have noticed that not all stock codes are used on invoices all of the time which causes issues when processing our invoices, if this was corrected inputting the invoices our end would be seemless.”

“Normally great service. No email confirmation of order, no invoice supplied upon payment. Ordered 17/11 no email about dispatch. After i phoned up on the 18/11 i was told new computer programme causing issues. No excuse really. Was assured it would be sent that day. However not sent out until the 19/11. Eventually landing on the 20/11. Come on powertoolmate you can do better and have done everytime ive bought previously!”

“products can be beaten on price, the only let down was the service payment online confirmed but failed on powertool mates end but no phone call to resolve had to call when notice payment had not gone out, then payed for 1-2 day delievery but to 4 days to arrive, other than that company brilliant”
