Normally great service. No email confirmation of order, no invoice supplied upon payment. Ordered 17/11 no email about dispatch. After i phoned up on the 18/11 i was told new computer programme causing issues. No excuse really. Was assured it would be sent that day. However not sent out until the 19/11. Eventually landing on the 20/11.
Come on powertoolmate you can do better and have done everytime ive bought previously!
