“After ordering 3 items at the same time the largest was delivered when expected but the next two much smaller items delivered the next day with no explanation, surely you could have put them in the same larger box, saving on diesel and driver time. Makes no sense, plus I had to wait in for a second day! Nonsense!”

“I was buying an impact wrench for my company using the company debit and credit cards. I say cards as it took me a dozen or more attempts to get the payment through trying both cards. I was on the verge of giving up (and I would have done sooner if I'd been able to find stock elsewhere) when miraculously it worked! I rang a couple of times and the best suggestion I received was to try another card. She really didn't care whether it was successful or not... She said the problem was the high level of card security. All I can say is that they must be loosing lots of sales... Back to using SGS for Milwaukee purchases I guess?!”

“Frustrating how the complete package option of the impact wrench was £379.99 at time of order “January sale” so I decided to purchase each item individually as it worked out financially better, minus charger. 1 week after I placed the order I notice the 502X package had dropped £40.00. It’s confusing how the prices fluctuate so much, there was nothing wrong with the product however your customer care needs addressing - poor communication.”

“The service and pricing is very good, however the shipping packaging was poor. There was no support/protection and the box of the item within the shipping box was heavily damaged from some sort of impact. The item seems to operate unloaded ok, but it’s unknown if any internal damage reducing its performance/working life.”
