Frustrating how the complete package option of the impact wrench was £379.99 at time of order “January sale” so I decided to purchase each item individually as it worked out financially better, minus charger. 1 week after I placed the order I notice the 502X package had dropped £40.00. It’s confusing how the prices fluctuate so much, there was nothing wrong with the product however your customer care needs addressing - poor communication.
