I was buying an impact wrench for my company using the company debit and credit cards. I say cards as it took me a dozen or more attempts to get the payment through trying both cards. I was on the verge of giving up (and I would have done sooner if I'd been able to find stock elsewhere) when miraculously it worked! I rang a couple of times and the best suggestion I received was to try another card. She really didn't care whether it was successful or not... She said the problem was the high level of card security. All I can say is that they must be loosing lots of sales... Back to using SGS for Milwaukee purchases I guess?!
