The only reason I’ve given 3 star is because of the courier service you used DPD left my parcel on my door step with powertoolmate wrapping on it with £450 worth of tools in it I have the DPD app and it said if we can’t deliver to you we will try a neighbour if there’s not a neighbour we will drop it at a collection point which the closest one is 3 minutes away but instead just left it
