Always had good service from Powertool Mate. Their website could be improved around search and searching related items. It can be rather cumbersome in that respect, either returning too many unrelated results or none even though they have the product it can be hard to find.
I also find it odd that they will give a discount or offer on their ebay store but not on their main site. Prices can vary across both and that makes ensuring the best price is time consuming..
