Paid for next day delivery which I did not get but not the fault of Powertool it was the fault of DPD. It was a large heavy piece of equipment and DPD just left it on doorstep could of helped me get it into garage but again not the fault of Powertool perhaps they should use a different delivery service.
The ordering experience was very good and did get notification that my order had been shipped quickly.
When tried to call Powertool to ask why I did not get my next day delivery could not get through phones just rang and rang so had to send a message.
