Having purchased a unilite from yourselves and finding it faulty the very next day..
I got in touch to explain and to add a short video of the fault, its taken nearly a week for you to reply and want me to print off a form to return it..
Couldn't you just acknowledge the video and send out a returns bag to sort this issue out quicker??
