Everyone deserves a second chance first time around I ordered a dewalt drill off their e bay store had to file a paypal dispute because it didn't turn up and they wouldn't answer e mails second time round purchased a special offer milwaukee set it came opened the 3 batteries where all dead rang them up and was advised to put them on the radiator still don't work was told to e mail them with my complaint don't feel like a valued customer I am extremely busy and don't have time for this also there Facebook page is heavily biased all bad reviews aren't posted but the good ones are posted up creating an image of zero problems I will never use them again.
