Powertoolmate aka Westward Building Services Ltd is a very competitive dealer in power tolls operating out of Saltash in Cornwall. Well why not 5 stars in these days of grade inflation across the board. I have no problems with the tools I have bought - so the basics are good. You pay your money and you get what you pay for. Packing - not bad but not perfect. My last order contained two heavy batteries in a cardboard box with some brown paper. Full marks for the move away from excessive plastic but the point of packing is to protect the contents from each other and rattling around. In short the packing was too loose and although the batteries are robust there was the potential for harm in transit. Courier - I have not had problems with items directed to my address but on a previous occasion when I ordered an item as a present, it ended up returning to Cornwall before getting resent to Yorkshire. To be fair Powertoolmate, when I eventually got to speak to them were apologetic and helpful. I will certainly use them again.
