POWERTOOLMATE were great, I had to call them with a question of delivery as I live in Oban Scotland, I got the answer I was expecting not an answer I was looking for but it was good enough. I ordered a 51cm Mountfield lawnmower, big and heavy hence the phone call. It was delivered in time and I helped the single driver carry the 30 odd KG box up 12 steps, it was placed into a spare bedroom. The very next day I had the task of taking it outside myself where I opend up the box and started to assemble said machine. Unfortunatly the machine comes with oil which had leaked all over the machine and took a good hour to clean off the machine using firstly rags then baby wipes and so on. Next I went to the bedroom and have seen a small oil patch on the carpet. That took the shine off of what was a great purchase.
