Ordered 2 items, hadn’t received anything after 5 working days so phoned customer service to be told the jigsaw was actually out of stock. Apparently the process is they don’t phone you or contact you to let you know, they wait until you phone them to ask what’s happened to your order. Very disappointed.
I was however refunded for the jigsaw promptly and then received my other item the next working day.
