At first PTM seemed great, good prices and a great website. But sadly the background customer service was very poor. I selected the 3-5 day delivery option but after 5 working days I still hadn’t heard anything. I emailed asking for an update and received a very poor email back basically saying they didn’t know when they would be dispatching using Black Friday as an excuse. I emailed back asking for an eta for a tool vital for my business. Over 2 weeks later eventually received an invoice but still no delivery date and 2 days later a dispatch notification for DPD next day.
I feel the product and ordering is good, the processing of orders requires a lot of work and would suggest someone is allocated to handle emails better.
