Dpd are useless and never deliver on time, lie that they’ve been and then when they finally do deliver then it’s not even at your own property!
Called company, no replacement and no apology until later when I called a woman in the office that DID actually chase it up as the earlier male person didn’t return my call!
I’m wanting a refund as I’m not stopping home for 2 days waiting for something from an inept company and courier service!!
I hop my refund will be back into the bank by the end of Wednesday!
