An order I placed 18 months ago was fulfilled without warning. At the time of the order, I was asked did I want to leave it on file - I said yes.
18 months later I received an email saying it had been despatched (no communication in between). I am not sure when my card was charged. I had forgotten all about this - but I still wanted the articles so did not complain.
It would have been polite to ask me if I still required the items before despatch.
