used PTM before on various occasions and have always been 100% happy, this time however I had paid the premium for Saturday delivery, long before the cut off too, but unfortunately, when I got the tracking info it was showing a MON delivery, Saturday came and went, Monday morning item arrived, wouldn't mind so much but I had to chase for a refund as opposed to automatically getting it as apparently it was known about, it won't stop me buying from again but a bit more forethought wouldn't go amiss.
