Prices are very good on power tools - in fact probably the best you can get online. Customer service not always that easy to get hold of or get a response from. They have an 'ask for a quote' facility online, but it seems they are not able to give a better price than shown online - at least not for the cordless power tools I was interested in. Although I got a little frustrated at the time it took to get my order in place, they did dispatch them quickly and the excellent price means I will shop here again if the need arises.
