Was sent the wrong batteries which meant I could not use the drill I had ordered which cost me time and money. Also the trigger on the drill was very wobbly maybe its just made that way? Couldnt see it lasting years. I had to buy another drill with money I did not have because I needed urgently for work. The person I spoke to on the phone offered no apology and I had to print off the return slip myself which was another inconvenience. Just awaiting my refund now hopefully I will get it soon.
