Ok the order process on line went
well, but having asked for a delivery date got no reply.
Also when I placed the order I was asked for a note regarding the actual delivery for the courier
who either didn't comply with the instructions or didn't get it, because the parcel was left in a ups shop about 5 miles from my home , from where I had to collect. So from a good start it ended on a sour note .
