Unfortunately this lost higher reviews purely because of a delivery error meant the main item in our order was missing and then after a call I was told it would be sent out the same day and be with us the first day after the weekend. This did not happen as the courier forgot to take it. However, the company did then get it to us the following day (5 days after first expected) and compensated us. - a nice touch showing good customer service when things do go wrong. The items were all fine and I would still use Powertool mate again because of the rectification following error.
