Terrible. I paid for next day delivery and for 4 working days in a row I was told ‘for some reason it’s not been dispatched, we will do it right now and it will be there tomorrow.’ They also told me 3 times they would refund my £7.99 next day delivery Without doing it. They are also completely unapologetic when I rang them! I’ll never use them again that’s for sure
