Very competitive price, easy online ordering and speedy delivery. Only criticism is the packaging could have been a bit more robust. The product, although in it's original box, was just wrapped in a plastic postage bag so the box arrived with a few dings in it. As the item was a Christmas gift I would have liked the box to be in perfect condition. A protective layer of bubble wrap would have sufficed. If it hadn't been for this, I would have given a 5 star rating.
