I was very pleased with the service I received from Powermate. I purchased 2x Makita batteries and a Makita chainsaw. The reasons for why I didn't give the review 5 out of 5 was because the batteries turned up in very minimal packaging (a single layer of bubblewrap in a courier bag), and I had to ring up about the chainsaw not arriving due to a technical glitch. In their defence, I got straight through, and they corrected the issue immediately and I had my delivery the next day.
