Ordered a blue makita circular saw.
You delivered a florescent green ryobi radio. Complained and was told I needed to repurchase the circular saw if I still wanted it... (of course I did... that's why I bought it in the first place..) and the radio would be collected and a refund issued..
10 days later no carrier had turned up so I phoned again and rearranged collection.
Today the collection has been made but still waiting for the refund... Sorry guys but this isn't the best service
