Good polite service, efficient delivery good price. The only area I would like to see is the packaging, as the bottom of the manufacturers carton the chainsaw came in wasn't taped and the saw was starting to break through the outer plastic bag. So I think a bit more care in that area would be good. Very pleased with the Makita chainsaw though. Thank you.
