Great prices.
The courier they use (UPS), is terrible. So bad I called the courier to return the item as they failed to deliver three times. The reason for the poor rating for the seller is that they ignored my emails equating to bad customer service.
No point in having great prices on a foundation of rubbish customer service, I like many others would pay a little more to have the insurance of being dealt with quickly and fairly in the event of an issue.
