Don't want to leave poor rating, but ordering 2 sets and receiving one wasn't my best first order from this company with a customer expecting his saws back that day. Well done getting the other set out next day. No groveling apology required but a wee 'sorry' would have been a very small offering for what was after all not my mistake and was a great inconvenience.
