Delivery service was awful. I was told it would arrive on Wednesday the 4th of September, I’m self employed so I took a day off and waited in that day for the delivery which I was happy too do. After waiting in all day and nothing arriving I check the tracker to see that they had put it down as no access, even though I no one had knocked on my door, left a card or tried ringing me. I rang the courier the following morning, they told me they didn’t know why it couldn’t be delivered and that they would send it again today. So I told them from 2pm onwards and I cancelled and afternoon job I had. The exact same happened that day, I waited in in the afternoon, checked the tracker. They had put it down again as no access. Once again I rang the courier on the morning of Friday the 6th. At this point I was ready to cancel the order all together. I still got no answer as to why it had not Been delivered. I got a family member to wait in this time. When it finally did arrive the driver told my family member the reason they hadn’t delivered it was because they had no pump truck on the van to get it off so the two days I waited in they had no intention of delivering it. Understandably I’m not happy at all with the entire service and have still not opened the parcel as I’m working away this week.
