Whereas UPS are doing great work delivering medical supplies, their domestic delivery system is not as good as many others. The tool I ordered from you was given a "before the end of the day" slot and so I went out to shop for food when they attempted delivery at 8:48am!! (In the end I fetched it myself from their depot)
